Club Profile
My name is
Eric
Fazekas, most of my two-wheeled friends call me Zeke. I've been
a Southern Cruiser since August 2002. When I moved to Sumter from
Goldsboro, NC (Chapter 86)
I was disappointed to find there wasn't a chapter here - so I
started one. In starting this chapter, I hoped I could give something
back to a club that has given me many good memories.
I started the Sumter Chapter to fill a void between the Midlands
Chapter to our west in Columbia, the Myrtle Beach Chapter to our
east, and the Lowcountry Chapter to our Southeast. The Orangeburg
Chapter and the Pee Dee Chapter in Florence have since been
established as well. Overall there are 14 chapters in South
Carolina alone.

While I remain an active member of the Sumter Chapter, I'm now
filling the SC State Office position and the chapter is now in the
capable hands of new leadership. It remains a great group open
to all that enjoy riding.
Chapter members have put over 100,000 miles on their bikes during
chapter rides since it was formed. Hopefully if you're reading
this you'll help us add to the total.
National SCRC Information
